I was roaming the coffee and tea aisle yesterday while shopping and I was thrilled to come across this! How perfect for #MacroFriendlyMonday! I had previously been a huge fan of Oregon Chai’s Chai Tea Latte Concentrate, but not been a huge fan of their macros. With this new sugar free version, it is no zero calories and tastes just as great!
To make a Chai Latte, you mix one part concentrate with one part milk or milk substitute and heat in a mug or pour over ice. I recommend using either Fat Free Plus Protein Milk for a boost of low calorie protein, or Cashew Milk for a creamier experience (without the calories of cream).
